BTO/BTR Series mixers are workhorses of the Brawn Mixer industrial mixer line. A rugged and reliable design incorporating oversized, hardened output shafts and oversized bearings are why many BTO/BTR Series mixers are still in service after 25+ years. -
Brawn Mixer BWG Series industrial mixers are a versatile solution for applications where headroom or other constraints require a compact mixer package. The BWG Series features a worm gear drive in a right angle configuration that brings reliable performance to applications at low speed, making it ideal for applications such as flocculation or polymer blending. -
Brawn Mixer B Series mixers are the backbone for some of the most demanding applications in the processing industries. The flexibility of the B Series platform makes it well suited for larger batch/continuous mixing applications in a variety of industries, including chemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and life sciences, and health and beauty processing, as well as in water/wastewater treatment. B Series mixers are available with stainless steel or high strength aluminum housings and oversized driveshaft and bearings to increase performance and mixer life. Flexible output couplings also protect against excessive torque and absorb shock loads." -
For large process operations, deep-tank mixing, or applications where top entry isn't a practical option, Brawn Mixer side entry mixers deliver a high level of efficiency, advanced sealing mechanisms, and performance to every tank size and application type. Pre-engineered stuffing box and mechanical seal options are available for new mixers or as retrofit kits for existing mixer models. A standard shutoff device is included for easier maintenance, which permits work on seals without emptying tank contents. Right-angle drive modules can be specified for applications where a more compact mixer package is desirable.
